There it falls down. Down into my yard. Yucky yuck yuck.
I really don’t like snow that much. Sure, it’s pretty, but when it’s over there is a muddy, nasty, wet mess in the yard. It started snowing here around 11:00 a.m., and it has not stopped. It has snowed hard for several hours, and now it is starting to pile up on the roads. Maybe I won’t have to go to work tomorrow.
The satellite doesn’t seem to be working, but at least the internet is up and running. A bit slow, but at least it works.
Hubby is about to brave the icy streets in search of dinner. Hopefully the Walmart won’t be full of savages on a search for milk and bread. We have milk. We need no bread. We only require a frozen lasagna. Make it happen, hubby.
My mom (and her dumb little dog that my big dogs hate) is here helping me paint the nursery, and now she’s stuck here until tomorrow. On the plus side, that gives us more time to work. We’ve been taking it a little easier today since we know she’s not going anywhere. On the negative side, that’s more time the little yapster has to be in my house terrorizing my dogs. They really want to eat her. It’s hard to keep two 60-pound dogs away from one 15-pound dog. But we’ve done okay so far. And we only have one wall and some baseboard left to paint! Then I can start arranging the furniture. Hooray!
Gah, it is so gross outside. I hate it.

Oh dear. You would NOT make it out here then =) Feet of snow that lies around for months gets all dirty from people and animals walking around on it and then come spring it all melts and for TWO MONTHS we have MUD season. ick!
